At SLC Agrícola we are constantly striving to develop people, improve processes and use technologies. Because of that, the Agricultural Planning and Production Area is innovating and created the CAI (Center for Agricultural Intelligence), which is responsible for monitoring and controlling in real time, operational, tactical and strategical indicators.
Proof of this is that 28 employees who work with PPC (Production Planning and Control) and DAPC (Digital Agriculture Planning and Control) of the Farms were trained, and also Employees from the Agricultural Planning Area of the Head Office (RS).
For such digital transformation to occur, management software for operations and agricultural activities, sensors, mobility, as well as the use of new Farms control and monitoring processes were implemented. The CAI seeks through company strategy to improve operating efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity.
