SLC Sementes, the brand of SLC Agrícola that gives Brazilian producers access to seeds with superior production potential and quality, won third place in the Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction Awards, in the Agro Seeds category, based on a survey conducted by the MESC Institute. The company also is participating in the category 100 Best, which are selected from among the winners in all segments and will be announced by year-end.
The MESC survey was conducted in partnership with Google and certified by the International Privacy Shield, in accordance with Brazil’s General Law on Data Protection (LGPD). The survey received over 10 million opinions from clients and analyzed over 10,000 companies from 117 market segments, based on 22 behavioral dimensions of clients. The achievement of SLC Sementes in the category was based on the 5,881 opinions captured, which selected 53 companies/brands in the first phase. In the second phase, 22 companies were selected, 12 of which received awards.
According to João Vanin, Seed Production Manager at SLC Sementes, the award represents an important recognition of the company and its professionals dedicated to quality, service and delivering soybean and cotton seed varieties that offer excellent yield potential for rural producers. “Our mission is to collaborate with clients and work together to drive advances in Brazilian farming. This recognition wouldn’t have been possible without all the dedicated efforts of the company and its professionals,” said Vanin.
