SLC Agrícola, one of the world’s largest producers of grains and fibers, received yet another recognition for its performance. The company is champion in the Agribusiness category of the 10th edition of the Época Negócios 360º yearbook. This is the second consecutive year that the company has received this distinction. The survey is carried out in partnership with Fundação Dom Cabral and evaluates over 400 companies from 25 sectors.
The purpose of the yearbook is to evaluate companies based on six different criteria – financial performance, corporate governance, innovation, people, sustainability and future outlook (the ability to project and plan for the future). In addition, excellent professionals are evaluated who: innovate, observe the short and long term, are transparent and consistent in their decisions, take care of their teams, act in a socially fair and environmentally responsible manner, without ceasing to be profitable.
According to Aurélio Pavinato, CEO of SLC Agrícola, the recognition upholds the company´s main pillars. “It is with great satisfaction that we receive this recognition. This award confirms and consolidates the winning strategy adopted by SLC Agrícola of growth with large investments in people, which provides gains in efficiency and generates increasingly sustainable results”, he says.
