SLC Agrícola won Exame magazine´s 2022 Best and Biggest award, ranking first in the Agribusiness category. The company was represented at the awards event in São Paulo, at Teatro B3, on September 12, by President of the SLC Group, Eduardo Logemann, and by Vice President, Jorge Luiz Logemann.
This year’s Best and Biggest trophy recognized SLC Agrícola´s performance as the best among Brazilian agribusiness companies. The award is unprecedented in SLC Agrícola´s history and highlights its representativeness in the national economic scenario.
This award from Exame lists the main publicly traded companies or companies with public data from Brazil, based on financial statements in Official Gazettes, balance sheets published in reliable sources (B3 and CVM) and reliable media vehicles of widespread circulation. The methodology and assessment of the companies that participated in this year’s Best and Biggest awards were carried out by Ibmec, with participation from an Executive Committee of Exame.
SLC ended 2021 with record numbers in all key financial indicators. In the period, the company recorded a turnover of BRL 4.3 billion and a consolidated net profit of BRL 1.13 billion. In addition, net revenue rose to BRL 1.549 billion.
