On August 25, Aurélio Pavinato, the CEO of SLC Agrícola, participated in the Resenha Safras & Mercado program, available on YouTube. During a chat with Lessandro Carvalho and Dylan Pasqua, journalists from Agência Safras, Paulo Molinari and Luiz Fernando Gutierrez Roque, consultants, and Marco Antônio dos Santos, an agrometeorologist at Rural Clima, Pavinato evaluated the planting prospects during the summer crop that is just beginning.
Pavinato also highlighted the company’s achievements in 2021. “It has been a special year for SLC Agrícola since we grew through the acquisition of new properties. Our plantation will be 660,000 hectares in the 2021/22 crop year”, he added.
Pavinato and other participants also discussed the impact of the climate on the previous and current harvests, the second quarter results of SLC Agrícola and the development of agribusiness in Brazil.
